i went down a youtube rabbithole earlier today which was basically a bunch of videos of like.. news reports on random american cities about restaurants that have shut down over numerous safety violations and i've noticed.. like 90% of the restaurants are chinese/asian/vietnamese (mostly chinese) and it has me thinking.. are asians just uncleanly and unsanitary?
