It had been a while since I last used this machine, tried it for fun two days ago, holy fucking shit I feel like I'm giving birth rn with how much pain I'm in rn inbetween my legs

Update : It got worse.
Can't even sleep anymore, woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain.
I wonder if I've strained my muscles, is that even possible on a machine ?
