How could I become less drained by alone time?

You know how there's the "introvert social battery" thing where they get drained by socializing for too long? I have the opposite problem. I can't be alone for more than 2-2.5 hours at a time which is very inconvenient when I want to do solitary pursuits like writing and playing vidya. I don't even enjoy socializing that much but feel a need to do it to feel alright because I get agitated from being alone. I'm looking for advice besides the obvious "just force yourself to be alone until you get used to it" but I understand if there's no other way.

Some people can't live alone with their own thoughts, humans are social beings, is that some people need less socializing to not decay into a monster or kill themselves
If you really want to spend more time on your own without feeling alone, you'll need to focus, a lot. Being a loner is by no means easy and I personally don't know how to be a proper lonecaca, all I can say is that you don't want to pursue that path, trust me

I don't feel alone though, I just get agitated
In that case concentrate more, you'll get used to it easier since you know, autism
Social media and internet overall turns people anxious, you should spend less time on the internet anyways, once you force yourself enough times to do something else you won't even feel a thing
