Now there are extreme cases, but depending on how bad you've got it, in the vast majority of cases I'd still argue that you can work enough to the point where you can look good enough. Especially in a day and age where people don't know how to take care of themselves.
I like to take the example of this dude (picrel 1) too. Nik Vujicic, author of at least one book. My mom read it, I still haven't. I believe he's a christian ? Can't say for sure. But damn he got off good, and he was born like that. He started with 10 times the drawbacks of your average incel. Tried to kill himself when he was young.

Also, worst case scenario, we can talk about how to turn incelhood into volcelhood. Being a monk is something I sometimes tell myself I could completely live with. The more I think about it, the more I understand the appeal of it.
