Nothingburger, there are not grounds under which to sue because froot didn't hack 4cuck. At most the glowies could ask froot for any data he has on the hacker.

he gave the hacker mod and pinned his post. Sure he didn’t do it but he promoted it by giving the hacker jannie and approving the post showing the hack

I don't really know if approving of something is grounds for a lawsuit. As far as i'm aware the hacker did it all by his own volition and nobody influenced him.

If the sharty is an us based company, I'm pretty sure US law has an article saying that social media owners can't be held legally responsible for what their users post on the site. But there's probably a lot more nuance to that, otherwise some guy could just create a p sharing platform.

Froot is shitalalian so it would be an international lawsuit, you go guess how that would go because i'm no lawyer.
In any case a lawsuit against froot himself would be very clearly emotionally motivated because he didn't even do it and it would be fucking hillarious. It would be the ultimate rapeape clitty leakage.

yes but the jannies approved his post so that law does not apply because they are letting the users do it and approving it

Well, all I know is that Froot would be desperate to pay for the legal fees and would instantly sell this site to the highest bidder regardless of who it is.

Italian law on cybercriminals is the most lax in the developed world, and the Italian legal system is the most worthless in the developed world as well. Hackers actually deliberately move to Italy because they know that they can get away with hacking there. There is absolutely zero chance of Froot being prosecuted in Italy for the 4chan hack.

With that said, he could still easily be prosecuted under Italian law for repeatedly posting "hate speech" on the internet. If there is one thing that European courts actually do focus time and effort on prosecuting, it's wrongthink.
