This site is salvageable, we can fix it's reputation even if 'ru users hate on this site along with bannes users on the sharty (even though the sharty and 'ru are better than this site in my opinion).

My intenions for bringing back the ban list were under my impression that we would be able to browse it without the rest of us being afflicted by inside drama, but it's better not to risk it.
