Intro:
It's not one long story but rather a collection of multiple humorous and very cartoonish stories, the artstyle may be modern but the tropes are ones i've seen before, i'll get into that later though. Most of the characters are from FPE but there are noteable exceptions such as Pomni from TADC.

Episode analysis:
Episode 1: Baldi marries Miss Circle
Our first episode starts off with Baldi sitting down reading a magazine, he stops on a page showing Miss Circle and is immediately infatuated with her beauty, the episode has already shown us how insane it is by implying that Miss Circle got herself auditioned for a magazine photoshoot, i wouldn't mind taking pictures of her though . Baldi goes OMGSISA and then meets Miss Circle at her house, her house looks like it's made out of Oreo's and has hints of other candies and i like that, it reminds me of the witches house in Hansel and Gretel. Baldi hands Miss Circle a contract with appears to be for her house, uh oh, it's actually a marrige contract, Baldi has offically married Miss Circle.
The news reaches the school, Miss Bloomie, Claire and Zip all get themselves ready for the wedding in a silly montage, but unfortunately Miss Circle isn't ready, they try showing she isn't ready by giving her a black-eye but i feel like they should've tried a bit harder to make Miss Circle unpleasant to help add more weight to the joke.
Miss Circle chooses not to get ready and instead swaps clothes with Miss Bloomie, good luck to her! Now comes the part where it's a montage of funny scenes about running away from Baldi's love, i don't want to spoil any jokes but i will admit that this entire episode is far more humorous than i expected, including the one about Baldi's room in this scene (Baldi's now an offical paper school teacher!), eventually it ends with Miss Circle slashing the Marrige paper and Miss Bloomie cutting Baldi in half like a piece of paper.

Reveiw:
This episode takes 3:20 out of the runtime of this whole video. The focus is purely on near-senseless comedy and while i believe a few scenes need more effort put into them, i think the humor in this episode is actually very well done! The plot does fit the stories tone and motives well since it's meant to be off-the-rails, including the fact that characters don't speak at all, in fact one of the MOST important things about this 'toon is that the characters don't speak and instead show their emotions through funny sound effects and expressions, like you'd see in Pink Panther or Coyote & Roadrunner, show don't tell.
Overall i'd give it a 7/10, in my opnion this first part of this 20 minute video is much better than the original "Basics in Behavior" by Kaaaaaaaaaaatie.
