The purpose of doctos is to depict a pissbaby soycaca when xe sees something that makes xim uncomfortable and need to leak about it to his fellow 'eens so they dox that tranny he was losing an argument to on an obscure coomer hangout space he totally just so happened to come across innocently. Concerned soyjak as you were saying is more mocking in nature. Therefore using concerned soyjak as a self insert would be a little too on the nose as to the nature of the person posting it.

Tldr doctos may be less funny to you because its not meant to be a parody like concerned soyjak is, but a genuine emote
