Very long arms reaching down to his knees and he somehow uses them to pick people up one-handed even though he is not much larger than them, and he moves people around like chess pieces inside of buildings until the police show up and he gets trespassed from the property but there is always another property, another town to shuffle people around within. He sports a manic grin and never explains what he is doing or why.

He doesn't bully his subordinates, they obey him because they respect him and trust his judgement, he would fight to the last breath to protect the men serving under him
He comes here not to conquer, but to uplift, to bring the men of Terra with him so that they may put themselves towards a greater purpose
This is the galactichad, and he is at war with negroidic estrogenized bug eating reptilians that are hellbent on sissifying the galaxy.

The sissy reptilians already have a foothold on Terra, it's the reason why EPI and trannies and whatever bad thing you dislike is happening everywhere, this is why the Galactichad chose to reveal himself now, to save Terra's men from the evil grasp of the sissy reptilians
