That's a problem on every altchan doe, not exclusively splinters. And that includes the sharty too. Smaller userbase means less people willing to be jannies, which means there's a higher chance p slips under the cracks when there's no staff online. Whoever creates a site doesn't have the time to monitor it 24/7 to solve this problem. So unfortunately there isn't much that can be done except hope that enough potential jannies appear so they can help
