I'll soon be on the top of the "massif du vercors", which is a pre-alpine range known for being the biggest wild parc of france and a big maquis, a resistance stronghold during WWII
God willing, if there's no thunderstorm while we hike, we'll go do the Grand Veymont, which is the highest peak of the range, at 2341 meters.
I walk on the hill my house is on

I hiked up Keystone peak a few days ago (literal who mountain in Arizona). I just walked up a dirt road until I reached the summit, but it had some decent views on the way up and at the summit.

(Some cabin that is on the way up there. Nothing much inside besides writings from other people)
All photos below were from the summit.

Very nice pictures!, I can't wait to do some more day hikes and backpacking trips once my project, autonomous GPS homing drone, is done.

I like to bring on my gigafly for long hikes.

What do you guys wear/use/eat on hikes? Whenever I go hiking for like more than 24 hours I like to have MREs stashed up just incase and I have this one old 90s PLA jacket that I use to carry shit like my phone and torch.

I take a large bag of nuts, a whole pizza in bags that I cook the day before, slices of cheese and some fruits. Keeps me going for 3 days. Sometimes when I go out I get a little worried about cooking since the whole area could go up in flames.
