they/them as singular gender neutral pronoun

What do you think of they/them being used as a singular gender neutral pronoun? Do you use it or is it libtarded? I'm specially curious about what EFLs think.
I only use it if I don't know the person's sex, because that is the correct grammar in the shit language that is english.
I'm a latin language user though (not a spic, no hables espanol nor portuges), and this doesn't happen in muh language.
Here, if there's a group of female and males, you call it by the male pronoun because the masculine dominates (actual grammatical rule btw). If you don't know the gender, by default, it's male.

they/them is for things that you don't know the gender of or want to keep concealed (for example whistleblower from Nestle uses they/them to conceal xhimself even more o algo)

it's retarded. i feel like the only valid instances to use they/them pronoun is when referring to a group of people or someone whose gender you do not know

It's fucking retarded you aren't two people In one body you are a fat troon

Very rarely acceptable, still preferable to use he or she based on context, if no sufficient context is available use "the person in question" or the person's title. Using they/them facilitates the idea that gender and sex are insignificant, not to mention it's prone to causing confusion

I only use they in the case I don't know if someone is male or female.
Example: We lost the suspect. They were masked and stole a chevy.
Note: Gender is not real. You are either a male with a cock or a female with a pussy.

Nigga I didn't mean that. I meant that the person is not present or we don't exactly know the identity of the person we're talking about.
Estimated guess based on name or external descriptors from friends and the like.
