you should read this (1 Thessalonians 4) if this is actually a serious matter; at least the first few lines of it, particularly, or, more preferably, you should dedicate yourself to reading the whole epistle, if not even the other ones that Paul wrote, too. Your heart is owned by God. To let these sorts of sins fester there, in your heart and your soul, is like letting mold grow upon the plates and bowls you dine from. Each bite you take from those platters will be contaminated with disease, just as each of the thoughts you have will be tainted with badness and eventual dismay, for none of this purposeful sinning ever does lead to good, even in our material realm, and lust's consequences are an especial testament to this.
