getting the lighting engine right and then porting over more features. overall my best roblox parser yet, the older ones were very laggy.

hahah yesterday i was playing dinosaur simulator since its shark week the megalodon is available for a limited time and there was this couple in a group each named “herdesire” and “hisdesire” and the girl had like over 200,000 robux worth of expensive items on her so she’s definitely leeching of that guy.
i found it super funny.

There are multiple better platforms that provide better tooling for real games or mods. Look at minecraft 1.7.10/1.12 or even modern mod tooling, Godot engine, unity, factorio modding (it uses LUA too), Minetest... I could go on. The fact people settle on antique engine, that last time I used lagged like a piece of shit whenever more than 20 blocks moved at the same time. SAME ENGINE that could not for the better part of 2010s figure out what client proxy (aka fltering) is until their mods got raped by a kid with synapse during a stream. That only RECENTLY was able to prevent constant exploits (probably temporary), because exploiting kids with shitty fucking plastic looking hats was more important. I could go on, you get the point.

minecraft is notoriously hard to mod for, you have to deal with gradle issues and a bunch of presetup shit and fucking mixins but once it's all done, you're good to go, just make sure you remember how mixins work.
