Rant Why is moralfagging despised ?

I unsurprisingly am a moralfag, that's part of my identity as a christian.
But from Froot to /pol/, there seems to be a hatred on either anonymous imageboard or secretive servers for morality.
I want this site to remain a moralfagging website as much as possible. No gore, NSFW, et cetera. But this seems to not be a popular opinion. Why is that ?

Their excuse for posting ‘cado, bbc spam, gore, etc…. Is that it drives out newfags so it preserves the sharty’s quality

Moralfaggotry is something I generally stand against but I think everyone has a different meaning on what a "moralfag" actually is. The way how I've always seen it is people who try to be holier than thou all the time and are just too good to see slurs or nsfw on the internet. They try to be a better person morally all the time hence the name, while it seems like it'd be fine to try to be the most virtuous person you can be its usually followed by an inflated sense of self worth just believing themselves to be so much greater than the ones they look down upon. If you see a piece of gore on the internet do you choose to ignore it or decide to shun the OP for posting it and then bring up how you have emotional trama, the latter would make you a moralfag and its essence of killing the vibe.

Oh yeah I gotchu alright.
Moralfagging in my case is just preventing the glorification of stuff that is just bad like plain bad.
It's not bragging about your moral standing, just preventing the glorification or mocking of horrible stuff.
'cord niggers laugh at skinned cats, and then whine about moralfags banning them for doing this, but how is banning and standing against degeneracy bad ?

Well if your definition is the correct one I would agree that moralfagging is good but I don't see it as that, there are a lot of sick fucks out there who need to be corrected and they just use the term moralfag to compensate for their lack of a moral compass and willingness to enjoy things that a normal person would be repulsed by. I had always perceived it as IRL nerd emojis who stand against stuff like trolling and bullying because "its hateful and it does real life harm 😢😢😢" like stfu Bethany nobody cares about what you have to say, fucking moralfag go back to your twitter circle.
 
4cucks have been on the internet for like 30 years dude, you can't expect their definition of any word to be the same as a normal persons. I think of somebody who cries about muh racism as a moralfag, but 4pedos call you a moralfag for not gooning to lolicon hentai
 
i hate moralfagging on petty issues like racism and politics because it makes me out to be better than someone for no reason even tho im really not better than them at all and it gets to the issue where you're essentially playing a game against someone where you moralfag because "YOU SAID THE N WORD! I would never do that! Canceled!" and then you have to watch your tongue and not do what you criticized the other guy for doing even tho you would actually do it, so moralfagging for petty reasons is just stupid

being moral on objectively horrible topics like incest, pedophilia, pornography isnt even moralfagging, it's just being moral, it's being a good person. I'd even go out of my way to say that yeah I am morally superior to a pedophile or a zoophile or a tranime discord user.
