Why is CS2's deathmatch so awful?
>Spawn
>Take 5 steps and get your head blown off by someone who was behind you
>Spawn 3 feet away from him and get killed again
>Get flicked and have your head blown off by someone because they heard you with their razer RGB kitty ear headphones despite being across long (good job adding footsteps to DM, valve)
>Run into someone sitting with spawn protection and instinctively fire at him. He stares at you and 1taps
>No ammo after kills so you get killed while reloading
>No health regen after kills so you get killed while using the little epi-pen
>Everyone looks like they're running and gunning because valve's subtick servers are shit
>Can only use team specific weapons, no AKs for CT side, team limits so everyone's already on T side (another great decision, valve)
>Have to wait 5 seconds to respawn
The only reason why anyone would play this mode is to farm XP and get their weekly $1.05 case and $0.80 MW skin. How do you screw up a mode this badly? Community servers have gotten DM right since forever.
The liquid effects and dynamic smoke clouds are pretty cool though.
