I have been incredibly inconsistent regarding my lifting. My diet is also out of order as well, so I'm gonna try to get that sorted as soon as possible.
My goal for March is to try and maintain my weight (175lbs since mid-February) throughout the month of Ramadan. Gaining it is pretty difficult outside of Ramadan too, so I think it's better to just maintain and wait.
The gym closes at 6 PM tomorrow and Sunday which is a huge issue because I can only start eating at 5:45ish. Luckily for me, I have a gym downstairs with a bench press, squat rack, and a simple cable system, which is enough for basic lifts.
I had lamb chops, potatoes, and Tunisian Harissa (No idea what it's called in English and I didn't take a picture of my food lole)
I think as for what I'll do after Ramadan is I'll spend the 140ish dollars that I do have on a gym membership near the school I go to in Boston, since I waste 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for my next class to start and I might as well use an hour or so of that time to get a lift in.
I've also got a meal plan set up and all I need to do is just follow it as soon as Ramadan ends, and according to a calorie calculator, I'll be 200lbs by July, which sounds realistic considering I'm gonna have to eat like this until then. I've desperately tried anything to gain weight so I'm just hoping this works out for me.
