I've noticed.

I like communities that allow and even encourage mockery, especially in a light-hearted fashion. The soysphere is definitely open to this type of behaviour, and as such I enjoy it. Targeting the gegbvll of the day with a mob is fun, and sometimes having your own is entertaining; in other scenarios, you're the target of ridicule, though a mentally well person would know that this is just internet tomfoolery, rather than genuine "hatred," like leftists always claim. The left is indeed super fragile and doesn't allow any teasing against community members, from my own experience.

Redditoids "joke" about killing Republicans and constantly look for reasons to say and do cruel things. Instead of showing compassion to people who they believe were screwed over by alleged right-wing policies that they were voted for, what do Redditoids do? They rub it in. They take joy in the suffering of those who disagree with them, and I'm tired of pretending that they don't. So, even when confronted with the most ideologically convenient situation possible (voters allegedly expressing regret for voting against what the shitlibs want), they don't take the opportunity to reach out, instead they just use it as an excuse to indulge the real reason why they're leftists: the ability to engage in cruelty and be seen as morally good for doing so.

To be fair, most of these "doxes" were of public figures who had already shared most of their information. That doesn't excuse their actions, but I think that when you put the mountain next to the molehill, you can see which one is objectively more harmful. Still, I do think we should be doing more to rein in some of the 'teens. They're good people at heart who don't fully understand the capacity of what they do sometimes. Doxxing is only good if it's to raise public awareness of the criminal activities of individuals (not just because someone is a gegbvll or because they disagree with you).
