Ash Wednesday and Lent

Both events are coming up soon, what do you plan to abstain from for Lent?
My initial idea would be Soysphere and video games but then I realized that would kill the Schlog hoi4 games I offered to host. I need to consider my options.

I'm not Catholic but I wouldn't give up anything anyway, lent is 24/7.

Nuorthodidgeridoos already started Lent, today. I'll be following the Orthodox callendar this year. So food is a first. I'll try maybe youtube too.
I'll see about it. If I cut youtube I basically cut myself from the last source of distraction.
