Being honest here: I think Mist is very nice and polite, but xe is fucking horrible at xer job and the only good thing about xer is the apparent lack of corruption (mostly just retardation).
When Soycraft started in July of last year, xe was the admin. I kid you not, fucker was online for a day, then took a week-long "vacation" 24 fucking hours after it went up. As you would expect, things devolved into a shitshow rather quickly. We had some guy named "Knight" as xer substitute, who joined the server once for 5 minutes and left. There were multiple instances where the server would ACK and not be restarted for 12+ hours. I don't know how the hell Mist is still on the staff team.

Or to put it simply Mist is the Jeb Bush of the soysphere. Nice, but not at all fit for a rigorous position.

The vacations thing was obviously a bit of a fuck up but anything after hasn't been bad.
Not everything that you may think i do is in my control or management, i am a manager of some silly servers, but not the developer. Lots of things are also out of my control, but i try to make what i can with what i get. A lot of people want to just be overly negative sometimes.
