As a kid I actually wondered why bald people wouldn't just glue their wigs on their heads. As a kid I always felt like gags in movies and cartoons that involve taking a bald person's wig off were a bit too cruel to be funny, so I wondered how one would avoid putting oneself in such a situation.

You know, I actually wonder, why don't they just make wigs ahead of time? Like a dude knowing his father went bald, both his grandfathers went bald, and he's at risk of going bald. He could just grow his hair out really long, cut it, make a wig out of it, grow it out again and repeat the process if he needs extra hair, and then when he goes bald he can finally don the wig of his old hair.
