I love the enthusiasm but the only way that we're winning in '26 is if either Jamaal Bowman or Letitia James are the nominee for the Democrats.

I 'm hoping that Jamaal will be the Democratic nominee so that way NY can stay red for a good while

imo if kathy hoecull decides to not run for governor again, jamaal bowman will most likely replace her since the Democrats LOVE niggers even doe they enslaved them 167 years ago or however the mcdonalds is eaten

I agree that Bowman would be the easiest candidate to beat but I don't want to discount the absolute cunning that is the NYDNC. They managed to take down d'Amato in '98 and they managed to set themselves up in favorable elections as recently as the special election for Santos's seat where they got one of their own to be the Republican nominee. Not to mention this is the same statewide Democratic party that is full of evil geniuses like Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer.

If we run Rogers again, we'll probably win due to just how unpopular Pete Buttigieg is. The Dems also have a splinter candidate for the governorship with popular Detroit mayor Mike Duggan running as an independent. 2026 in Michigan is gonna be like 2022 in Pennsylvania: a HUGE letdown for the outparty.
