I'm in no way muscular but i'm as fit as can be and ~6ft so i think i've got the power to spare to try some fancy moves

DL PR is 140kg
Bench PR is coal at 75kg
OHP PR is 60kg
i lied about doing those things after each ppl day, i usually just treadmillmaxx after my workouts but i do kickboxing/running on its own day just to fuck around
