Alcohol thread

Fermented and then freeze distilled until it's about 20% ABV, I tried making a still once but I fucked it up
ima make a batch rigth now will give updates later and shit, never tried freeze distilling before but ima check it out

2 big carrots, a couple spoons of sugar and a tea spoon of bakers yeast will update in 3-4 days to confirm wether its a good or moldy batch
 
I like flavoured drinks made on a beer base or just beer (although my body doesnt really like me drinking beer or wine because of NUMEROUS HEALTH ISSUES) I really like apple Cider its probably my favorite, sometimes champagne, I like mixing rum, aperitif and vodka with sodas, and i drink usually once or twice a week when the situation is good and i can get my hands on alcohol and or my parents buy it for me
 
Doing the first round of freeze distilling, did a taste test and its not great for now doe i will try it out later once unfrozen (forgot to taste it beforehand) but yeah rn it kinda taste's like water with a very strong taste of carrot with a barely noticeable biter alcohol taste
Did a taste test its honestly not bad, very wine like taste but yk with carrots instead of grapes.
