What are your thoughts on Saint Justin Martyr and his dialogue with the Jew, Trypho? That's one piece of Christian literature that's quite ardently anti-Judaic in plenty of its statements. Not to mention the Council of Jerusalem itself that can be read about in the Acts of the Apostles, where the Judaizers unsuccessfully attempted to shift Christianity into a culturally-Jewish religion (trying to enforce circumcision, claiming that the Mosaic Law was still in place for Christians, trying to foment a continuation of the Old Covenant in Christianity, so on and so forth) before getting their rears kicked by the wise words of the Apostles at that meeting. Either of those examples don't sound very much like the case you're proposing; that Jews have Christianity chained up like a work dog for their exploits.
