Trust me, using mouse and keyboard to draw is amongst the most painful torture you can willingly do these days, it's so bad you develop a sense of hypersensitivity on your hand that, whenever you use someone's else PC you get annoyed at how their mouse feels too stiff. It requires precision and a lot of practice, but at the expense of carpal tunnel
It does work for certain tools like shading too so that's a plus
