You find a large number of horses both in the west and inside your own territory and you succeed in colonizing some small chunks of land, and you have also succesfully invented the chariot. (20)

Monasqre asks the small villagers at the south to join the territory, offering some extra resources in exchange of land and workforce
A small expedition team is sent to explore and extend the land following the river upstream
Another, bigger group is sent to explore east, as to move the military clan's main headquarters there
And lastly, the research clan is sent to the coastlines and put it's headquarters there, to attempt to explore some of the territory for new resources

To add this: efforts are being pushed to examine and experiment with the land's composition, so I want to sent a small group to analyze the soil around (you know, to check if there's only clay around or if I find something usable)

They go east, but they are unable to find any suitable land. (9)
The research team arrives at the shore and establishes the headquarters there. They find some copper and tin. (19)
