I refused to take melatonin for a while, but I have to fix my sleep schedule now. I have to wake up early 5 days a week now for early classes. This is my first night taking melatonin. I don't really feel anything yet, it's been about 15 minutes. Will update
 
you wont feel anything on melatonin its a fucking nootropic (please rape and murder all supplement niggers) just ask ur doctor to get a prescription for Clonidine its the best non benzo sleep aid and tbh it should'nt even be a Rx that shit is safe as fuck

I was prescribed this for anxiety and sleep and it gave me Dory-tier short term memory loss the entire time I was on it, plus I kept spontaneously falling asleep at random times and places which got pretty embarrassing a few times

Take 10mg and give yourself 9 hours of sleep at least. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't take it often though or else your body will stop producing its own melatonin, which will suck balls when you want to go to sleep later.

I think you are getting clonidine confused with something else, clonidine litterally increases memory and helps sleep by lowering blood pressure it cant make you fall asleep it just makes you tired.

this, only take it if really can't sleep, used to take it every single day and now i have to be hyper specific of my sleep.
