• Happy pride month, xisters of the schlog!

Discussion What books has the schlog been reading?

I'll be starting to read a small booklet by Greek Orthodox Fr. Placide Deseille called "The French Revolution and the spiritual destiny of Europe" that I'm sure Aedra would enjoy. He was the founder of the monastery where I took my retreat.
The Orthodox Survival Course by Seraphim Rose has a section about the French Revolution. You can also read it if you want. It's in Lecture 6.

Last book i read was "All Quiet on the Eastern Front." I still like Animal Farm, even doe i was a commiehomo when i read it.
F451 was good, too, but I'm fairly unread. Taking suggestions (i haven't gotten expelled yet, so i have open library access)

At Our Wits' End, This Time the World, and The Picture of Dorian Gray for some refreshing evasion of reality.
