A person who has very recently been appealed after a permanent ban is not going to have the same leeway as a user with a cleaner track record.

If reaction spamming is against the rules, then the rules should say so. The rules currently don't say anything about it. I also don't see how it could possibly justify a permaban without any kind of warning being given. The poster in this case being recently unbanned for something completely unrelated is irrelevant. If @pipp is going to be banned for reaction spamming, then it certainly should not be a permaban, there should be an explicit rule against reaction spamming, and the rule should be enforced equally among all users (not just enforced on particularly annoying users who nobody likes).

I honestly feel like this is just an excuse to get rid of him when he didn't break any rules. Just like what Steve did to him before, which is why he had been banned in the first place.

I mean maybe there's an emergency and Broot's inbox is filled with 900 gorillion jartycuck reactions so he never sees it ever.

I did. He kept spamming Gem Control's profile with some random image (like, a huge amount of times), and then when I warned him and explicitly told him that he'd get banned if he continued, he called my bluff and I wasn't bluffing.

He repeatedly spammed my profile well over 100 times seething because I kept on removing xer SNCA messages, and continued even after he was warned of a ban if he persisted. He was BEGGING to be banned.

I don't know what's up with that, I had trouble finding his account too. It's a temporary that should end later this week.

Maybe it's an issue if they have account restrictions, like not being able to access the shoutbox or something, so the site doesn't put them in the ban log because it puts the default members there. It might just needing to change where the site logs modified accounts as well as regular accounts. But this is just me guessing in the air.
