just go inside a grocery store or something and read the back labels of the food if you care so much
also its goated to have friends/family who know how to cook. for example my gf makes some nice bread and my godmother loves cooking stuff

dont stress too much abt food anyways. yeah its nice to have quality grass fed beef but at the end of the day any cut of steak is better than goyslop. make a good diet habit for yourself or something and dont eat crap foods like cereal or twinkies
