Hell, that was nothing compared to some of the other shit that 4channers pulled back in the day, which included raiding a forum for epilepsy sufferers with flashing strobe images to trigger seizures, harassing the family of a child who committed suicide, and getting underage Justin Bieber fans to post images of themselves self-harming, among many other things. There is a reason that 4chan developed a widespread reputation for being the internet's #1 den of sadistic psychopaths.

i was also going to say the porn raid also reminds me of another incident in the 2003 intifada, where israelis hijacked the television stations in ramallah and played hardcore porn from a european channel, as an attempt to demoralize children and stray them further from islam and resistance. they also spread porn magazines everywhere
epi used as a literal war tactic, it hate how incidents like these are easily brushed off or forgotten, or even seen aa "funny" to some people, its really not that funny or joyful
