Come to think of it, I feel like I used make rage comics close to a decade ago o algo, I didn't use the ragebuilder that everyone else used, but there was another website available where you could make them on the webpage with no downloads involved.

No it was an entirely different website, that's why I mentioned non-downloadable since I think you could download files from that site.
You could just click and drag faces onto the canvas similar to DARM.

I don't really understand these. These are just brutal and shocking with the sake of being brutal and shocking with zero humor attached. I guess because of how stale the format is, there is a need or want to take it to another level, albeit it's weird to me because even though rage comics could be crude they were never violent in this sort of way.

Yeah I see what you mean, these are just shock ragies. They've existed since the beginning however they've gotten more absurd and disturbing over the years, to the point they've become full-blown porn.

McJimbles was a good rage maker, liked his other video about le wasted life.

Oh fuck, I think I actually know what you're talking about, I remember there being a subreddit that was something akin to "r/real[something]" and some of the stuff posted there were those shock-value rage comics, but there was this one dude in particular who drew Derpina rule 34 comics that included Satanic imagery. I don't know what happened to the subreddit but I think it may have gotten banned at some point.

McJimbles was a good rage maker, liked his other video about le wasted life.

You can tell he's an OG, like actually understands how the faces are supposed to be used and when, even the humor, albeit a bit dark, is still on beat like a rage comic.

I like the final panel where it's just a bunch of random shit thrown in, like a physical representation of loud voices all screaming at once and unable to decipher a single one, it looks so goofy but hilarious.

True. But to me Trollge and anything like that is completely seperated from rage comics. Remember how people would get upset over usage between faces like "Me Gusta" and the "Sweet Jesus" face?
