Not brown but it does seem tempting logically for someone who doesn't read up on it deeply.
I don't think its right though. Europeans do not lead the world now because they were mean to brown people and thats just it. They lead the world for many reasons.
Here are a few reasons I can think of off the top of my head.
Europe is temprate, which is really big, because once your climate gets warmer than temprate it becomes malaric, along with a shit ton of other tropical diseases, venomous animals, natural disasters in some places, etc. This would serve to heavily cripple a civilization
Other than europe, the other major society outside of malarialand was east asia. East asia, at least china, was extremely innovative when it wanted to be china was extremely beuraucratic to a fault. The leading chinese dynasties would often hamstring technological and societal progress with extensive regulations, kind of like what the western manegerialist class does to the west today. Before recent times though, the west was far less overregulated and bueraucratically bloated and thus was able to innovate faster than china. China invented gunpowder before the west did btw.
India was also a stagnant shithole because of the massively opressive caste system hamstringing their development and competitive ability.
