What the fuck does that even mean
It basically means you go completely crazy. They typically use the word when referring to a slightly stressful situation that they've experienced multiple times, like a game lobby lagging or some shit like that. I find it stupid as well. Neologism is cool sometimes but this just sucks because there are already a lot of expressions that can describe these kinds of situations.
