What is your workout routine like?

Personally, I go by PPL (Push Pull Legs) Push is for chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull is for back, biceps and forearms. And Legs is self-explanatory. I usually divide my split by 3 days rather than 6 in a row, so I can take a rest day every 3 days. I've seen good results from this routine as you can most likely imagine. I also sometimes do some light cardio after the end of my workouts, but usually for only 10 minutes at a time. What splits/routines do you guys follow and would you say it has helped?
 
I usually do cardio first, as it warms my muscles up. But other than that, I don't really have a chosen rountine. Although, I generally do the same workouts in the same order, just due to the layout of the gym. When I was at a different gym I did it differently, as the layout was different.
 
Every time my PC bluescreens I lift a bag of sag above my head 10 times, do 10 push ups, and 10 situps. (happens about 2 an hour)
Carry two buckets of salt water back to the house, about 200 meters every morning.
Ride my bike into town every morning, about 6km total, to get supplies back to the house. Including drinking water, food, and dog food.
Weed whack about 4 acres once a week, rake leaves about 2 hours a day, and then haul around wheel barrows full of compost dirt for my veggies / fruits.

Gym workouts are for pussy boys. Do something with your muscles...

I begin my morning workout by doing 20 sets of TV watching.
After that I order 8 big macs from mcdonalds with a side of large fries and a diet coke so I stay healthy.
Then I goon to courtney cox for 5 hours before getting my flu shot.
Finally, I have an extra spicy takis ramen chicken sandwiches mukbang and have sex with orlin before I shit the bed again.
