Slovakia is probably the most developped of the balkan countries, or close.
It's culturally a lot like Italy too so I like it

I'll admit that I'm a retarded mutt and my knowledge on most of these is pretty limited. I only ranked the ones I somewhat know things about.

Sweden gets an S because I like Robbaz (jewtuber) and Ikea. That's about it.
I gave Turkey an E because I felt like it, also they were the shittiest of the central powers. Romania gets an E because I saw some gypsies at Walmart begging for money. I will not research Europe any further. I love my mutt bubble.
