If we are gonna go by future then Kazakhstan should be at S tier with all the others below because it's the only country on this list with a stable birth rate. Not sure why OP's tier list includes it when this is about muh evropa though.

Yeah but isn't kazakhstan in a horrible situation with it's lakes and rivers ?
From what I get it gets most of it's water from currently melting chinese glaciers, and it has completely fucked up it's soil by destroying a lake that used to nourish the land around it.
It sounds like a nice country apart from that, but the fucking water issue is a big problem there

Russia as a country has more potential than belarus, since belarus will one day most likely be part of russia anyways, russia has more of a future than belarus as a state lol
Slovakia is probably the most developped of the balkan countries, or close.
It's culturally a lot like Italy too so I like it
