1. Because I have nothing to base the time off of because no one fucking joins unless I harass them about it
2. Afternoons on weekdays have seemed worked out better based on the few successful past experiences we've had
3. Specifically, so you would have scheduling conflicts and not join.
If we have a different time and day in mind, that's fine. But we have to figure it out.

My most experience with pokemon games is difficulty romhacks where the enemy is predictable and can be completely planned out, but is overpowered and has perfect stats
