Rant how do people play video games so much

this is kind of a poorfag cope thread but i started talking to some guy i kinda knew in high school and he asked me if i wanted to play games with him. he's confused by the fact i'm a consolenigger, which is understandable. then i tell him i dont have a fucking steam account and he thinks i'm lying for about 10 minutes before i prove it to him.

i made one finally and he sends me a link to his profile on steam. i shit you not, this guy literally had fucking 1,100 games in his library. i scrolled down a bit and apparently he's spent literally motherfucking 4,500 HOURS in garry's mod. i actually checked my zogbox game times and the highest playtime i have is about 624 hours in kerbal space program which is a game i would play all day long years ago.

i looked at his friend's profiles and all of them are in the same boat, hundreds/thousands of games, with god knows how much playtime on them. how the fuck do people do this shit? fucking shit it's crazy to me

I'm only good at like a few rhythm games (not OSU type shit that's for trannies) and South Park Rally which I'm probably the most skilled player for, just because nobody plays it seriously anyways geg

I never really took an interest for Roblox FPS, but to be fair I didn't have interest in FPS games when I was younger. That stuff came into play when I turned 11-12, and I think my first FPS game was Half-Life 1 geg
