Honestly I only know of Norinco's existence because I'm a sperg, from what I remember their shit has been banned here for at least two decades. I'm pretty sure China used to make a shit ton of AK clones last century, but I really have no idea what made them deviate from that and start making weird shit like the QBZ-95. Thing is a piece of shit that you can slam the bolt forward on by slapping the stock. Now they've got the 191, yet another special snowflake service rifle in its own special snowflake caliber, honestly my memory is rusty but it may even be different than the one in the 95 for whatever fucking reason. I remember reading that China really cheaps out when it comes to individual troops, which I can kinda understand given the size of their military relative to their budget. Well, it pales in comparison to the US one at least.
I actually had a brief interest in the AK platform for a while, only took a single question in a 4cuck /k/ thread to steer me away from it completely. That ship sailed a long time ago for the average gun enthusiast, these days good ones (not just full-autos) are collector pieces at this point.

What is even the point of 5.8x42? There is no need for newer intermediate cartridges like this because 223 and 5.45 already fulfills the needs of modern armies in both velocity and penetration.

It's especially a mystery to me because virtually every single other fucking country they're allied with uses some AK variant or clone. NATO fags were smart when they standardized calibers too. Also in the little amount of actual footage that exists of the QBZ-191, some chinks were shooting from maybe 20-30 yards and the targets showed obvious keyholing indicating that the bullets were tumbling in flight. I will admit that the 191 is oddly cool though, despite being a mulatto abomination of AR and AK stuff it has a unique style to it.

Haven't blabbered about SNCA today but I believe the Adderall really is helping me a lot, driving used to be like pulling teeth and now it's actually fun (even more than video games). I'm more sociable, conversations with people flow easier, my irritability is almost gone, and I have hope for the future.
I'm really glad I suggested taking two low-dose extended release pills to my psychiatrist, that's technically not what they usually prescribe but she said my autism and some other factors could be making my body process it much faster relative to most people. It's never been about dose, just duration.
