Disregard my last post, I haven't found anything about the HTS/SNA collaborating with Israel (aside from Israel striking Assadist and Hezbollah forces a total of 3 times throughout the whole thing, but it might not even be indicative of them collaborating and they're just taking advantage of the situation)
Besides, Israel is reinforcing the Golan Heights after Druze forces took control across the border, which might mean they aren't on "good terms" with the Opposition.
Geg they're already invading Syria. Greater Israel will soon be here

I'm already hearing and reading about Syrian refugees getting ready to return home (including a colleague from my mum's work, who apparently hasn't seen his/her parents for 14 years)
Big, if true

It's quite scary to think of what Syria's Christians may soon face if the Islamists fully take over. The Syrian Christian situation, of course, is unfortunate no matter who takes power there (out of the actively-competing forces, anyway), but there was at least some level of protection provided by the government forces when it came to fighting the past decade's bloodthirsty Islamist movements. Idlib's churches were previously pillaged and forced to shut down under HTS' control, and now, I'm thinking that their intolerance of Christians might very-well extend to cover all major cities of the country once the Assad government gets toppled.
i never viewed it that way, goodness

It's no longer the Syrian Arab Republic. Looks like Bashar really pulled a Fulgencio Batista and left the country. What now?

Now hopefully either Israel takes over or they all holocaust themselves and it becomes a colony again.
