I regret enrolling to College, My grades are constantly dropping. My personal life is being affected, And I am just not having any fun. The major I chose was just a nothingburger and I am doing just financial calculus classes, even though I just want to work on actual IT skills. My thoughts right now is after I finish the semester, I might either switch majors or just go to a community college with the sane major as I desired. How should I tell my family? or What should I do? I even had a thought of just ending it as a whole, but I am just afraid of being stigmatized and ashamed. Feel free to DM me for support, I'm just not in a very good mood for a long period of time.

i don't know your parents and how they'd react, but I personally went from Nursing to Forestry. I definitely felt retarded explaining that to my parents, but I just told them about how I knew I'd be miserable as a nurse.
Hopefully you can just explain that IT is something you're good at/care about, or convince them that IT is valuable or that you would be a shitty accountant because you don't give a fuck about accounting.
I promise you, there's not much your parents can say about the decision that would be worse than getting stuck in a career you hate

well, the semester is about to end soon, should i drop out and enroll onto a community college during the break?

Only you can really answer that, but I think it would be a good idea. I can't imagine it matters much which college you get your degree from in IT, and community colleges aren't bad at all.
I'd recommend that you get close with your teachers, that has helped me get contacts with people in park services that will likely help me get a job much more than my degree will. Join whatever tech club they have and take advantage of tutoring if need be.

i'd most likely just retake the class and change my major as a whole or i'd go to a community college.

If you thought college was a place to have fun you’re deeply mistaken, I came in thinking it was gonna be miserable in April of 2023 because you are not forced to socialize as much, and my expectations were not only met, but exceeded, unfortunately, as for grades that’s less of an issue for me

I almost chose political science but I decided I’d probably have that lead into nothing, so I decided finance instead, if I stuck with poli-sci I would be obsessed with the what-ifs more

That was a big part of my decision. I couldn't imagine being miserable with my career AND thinking about how everything would be better if i switched.
At least now if my life sucks, the alternative would have sucked worse

alright, i made a plan, after the semester ends, i will go to a community college with an actual IT course, because the one at my university is just a buisness finance major which I have been duped.

Business finance is the only useful business degree along with accounting

College is a fraud for most people.
Especially depending on where you live. Ask yourself what you like, and if you truly are ready to invest your whole life into what you're investing right now. If not, find alternatives, and if needed seek help. Surround yourself with good people. Do not drop out before the end of this year. You might realize that you do not want to continue, but do not give up until the end of the year at least in order for you to have more options.

College is a fraud if you’re majoring in some very niche major that won’t work out or in a liberal arts major*

You can get into a good job with a liberal arts degree doe, the catch is that you have to find a niche where your skills come in handy. It's not like being an engineering or nursing major o algo where you're basically just training for one specific type of job.

You have to be extra good at networking
