Serious I might have pneumonia

I woke up today feeling horrible, I could barely move and my head and throat hurt badly, I took some medicine and I felt better for a while but when I went back to bed and woke up it feels the same
My mom told me that she used to have pneumonia and she had the same feeling I did, not being able to move very well, she also told me apparentally that pneumonia is spreading to kids in Washington and she thinks I might need antibiotics
 
as someone who literally just recovered from an illness and had a really bad health scare this weekend i hope you recover
