How often do you shower and why?

I shower twice daily, once when i get up, and once after i finish my daily workout. I feel disgusting if i dont wash the workout sweat off of me and i sweat a little in my sleep too

Why don’t you just work out after waking up so that you only have to shower once? I heard showing twice a day is bad for your skin

because i'm already in the habit and i dont want to break it

Usually when is cold, every 2 days, otherwise daily. There are times when I spend 3 days without a bath, but they're rare.
