Don't underestimate how helpless a lame duck presidency is, if the republicans have the Senate they can hamper 70% of everything the president does, the only reason Biden has done so much in one term is because he's got Shumer and pelosi backing him up. The RNC needs to focus on the Senate and begin pooling resources for taking some gubernatorial offices in the '26 midterms
