Well maybe a combination of datamining people with them not being comfortable with it as well as cataloging it all into a public display which makes it more than some retard writing how he feels about you and then it becoming your interpretation of that person being likely the only one people will ever see if the site shuts down and everything is wiped. This is worse too if personal info is publicly available and then that too is attached to whatever persona someone decided to use online.

ask people before you talk about them in your cuckdiary. if they don't respond in a few days, don't include them.

IMO, people do a lot worse on a day to day basis and this site is practically a walking archive anyways. You guys kind of asked for this, even if I didn't have anything to go off of, I would just write about how you behave and go from there. You can't really stop me from doing that. I love the schlog and I'd love to have it archived and show it to some people in the future as a part of my internet history and the people who I've encountered and how I've contributed and how they've contributed and actually do documentation, do actual history compared to the shitshow that is the wiki in comparison.

Nobody will read because it's long SNCA, however, it'll be fun to write, easy to access, easy to archive and it will be relatively useful as a resource for keeping track of certain users.

Ignoring that this is a terrible example (You aren't being asked to get their permission, you're being asked to exempt people who specifically ask for you not to write about them), it's just common courtesy and you're obviously being self-centered.
