Discussion What are your reasons for not being a Christian?

Christianity is a strange thing, it's an obnoxious way of belief, similar to Trannies. Trannies attempt to force you to respect their made up gender identity, like how Christians force you to expect the idea that theres a wizard in the sky who does magic n shit. Most people who are Christian are very simple, too neurotypical, they suck up to authority easily, because that's what it's all about, it's about having an imaginary figure of authority guide you throughout life, and I'm not like that. I rely on logic and reasoning, not emotion and made up fantasies.

And as for how the world works, the world starts and ends at my bedroom door, I don't care about God.

savage europeans committed mass genocides of other peoples that weren't one of them. the most recent example would be the holocaust.
Sorry to hear that.

We're not forcing you (if anything, historically and contemporarily, it's often been quite the opposite), but I do find it unwise that you don't care about the ultimate creator of every material for that bedroom your "world" is. If you "rely on logic and reasoning", I'd imagine you're eventually going to reason that the thing that's created the very substance of life (by which you'd never be alive without, and subsequently never feel goodness without) deserves a bit of respect.

I'm glad. Eventually, maybe you'll love the Heavenly Father, too, but that's up to you, of course.
I mean you can't really think your way into Christianity. There's no evidence for it. You need faith.

Yeah nah, my dad isn't in my life anymore. Went to go fuck prostitutes.
Believing in god might aswell be the same thing as having a tulpa, which is some gay shit im ngl.
Sorry.

I think you can, and that there is evidence for it (the many witnesses of Jesus' resurrection, for one example), but, yes, you'd need faith for that evidence to actually comply with one's own mind.
Yeah nah, my dad isn't in my life anymore.
Sorry to hear that. It explains a good bit.

It's not really evidence. It's just words in a book.
Yeah, I guess it wouldn't fit the technical bill for "evidence", as in, something someone just sees as a fact like the green of the grass and the blue of the sky and believes, but that's where faith comes in, then; it's evidence powered by someone's faith.
