It's just the general consensus of the staff policies that I've observed as a user since March that I've then adopted into how I enforce the rules as a janny now. If Doll wants to make a change to the way we do things, he's free to do that and I'll take it up into practice, but besides newly established changes like moving easily-movable thread derailments to /dump/, I just do things from my observations of previous janny policies, the rules themselves (which I interpret through those observations), and my own personal judgement in specific cases where I'm free to make the decision. So, as far as I am aware, and since Doll already judged NT in his own manner, of solely deleting the link but giving no other punishment (besides, perhaps, a warning, I haven't checked about that yet), I can not do anything more against that violation.
