Yeah their oolongs are great.
This one's from mainland dough

I've heard water too hot burns your cells and can give you cancer, like everything else in life

Room temperature water is the best for you thoughever because too cold/hot and it shocks your system and you don't absorb it all
>shocks your system
It's good to shock your system albeit. Its why cold showers and saunas are good for you. As long as you aren't torturing yourself for days.

I heard that one longevity guy say extreme temperatures help slow aging. Hopefully he’s right because if he is my shitty air conditioner is a blessing in disguise

Living in the cold helps you live longer, but temperature shock helps keep you healthier in general. Both are supplemental and only matter if you eat right and stay active.

KEK it's true, I read nutritional labels for dieting purposes sometimes and I noticed the most random shit is banned in California. Potato chips, soft drinks, etc. Are they sperging out or is processed food just that bad?
surprised that california of all states is banning those kinds of goyslop considering its reputation

Tea time.
This one's a classic Earl Grey, with lots of bergamot. So you can infuse less of this tea and still feel a lot of the aroma. It'll last me a good time.
And it's not overly expensive either from memory

Here's the link to it

Herbal teas are gemmy, for me usually ginger or chamomile, or thyme when I have a cold
<Plebbit space
I also enjoy a good black tea
have you had karak chai? or pink kashmiri tea? or moroccan mint?
all are sooo good- top two are milky and the last one is black tea but smells and tastes sooo good
karak chai is quite easy to make at home if you want to try
